Club Country meets every Friday at the Riverside Community Center on
the banks of the Caloosahatchee River, except for Christmas and New Years
(or a hurricane!). There is always a lesson at 7PM. Instructors introduce either a partner dance or line dance. The lessons are often followed by a review of a lesson that was taught recently. Most instruction is given by Club members.
There is "open dancing" until 10PM. Club members take turns DJing.
Annual membership dues are $10 per person, due at the beginning of the
fiscal year, June 1. In addition, members
pay $2 to attend each dance. Non-members are encouraged to attend and
they pay $4 for the evening.
Please Note:
Bottled water and soda
are available for sale. You may bring your own snacks and
non-alcoholic beverages if you wish. (No alcohol is allowed in the
Community Center.) |
